Jon played football throughout his high school years while also participating in recreational sports like basketball and riding his mountain bike. He developed his love for training early on with football and continued after high school. Always having a battle with his weight through childhood and adolescent years, in 2012 he went on to lose 90 lbs in 5 months. While understanding the struggles of maintaining a weight he was comfortable with, he wanted to make sure he could support others going through the same journey. His passion for helping people and fitness led him to his career and founding JAM Fitness.

Matt is a NASM certified personal trainer and a proud graduate of University of Toledo. He has 5 years of experience training individual clients, large group settings, and high school athletics. He loves coffee, bad jokes, and dogs. You can always get out of burpees by mentioning the above topics among other nerdy subjects like math, Game of Thrones, Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, and Star Wars.

Yvonne is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specializations working with the active aging population and corrective exercises. Her goal is to help everyone achieve and maintain their independence no matter their age or previous experience. Yvonne started her career in fitness teaching group classes and felt the pull to personal training in 2017.
Yvonne has a long history of struggling with her own weight and fitness and always tries to use her personal journey to help and encourage her clients. Starting in her late 30's and continuing into her 40's she has lost a total of 80 pounds and is not done improving her health and fitness. She is passionate about helping others realize their best self.
