Hybrid training brings the best of a personal training session and group workout class together. It is an affordable option for those who need individualized attention and have a specific goal in mind. Through this program, your results and goals will be accomplished faster while working directly with a coach. This is part personal training, part group session. Our second stop in the JAM Process.
